-We accept items on Saturday and Sunday on the first weekend of each month. We ask that you limit drop-offs to 15 items at a time. Please check in with us at the front and securely fasten a tag with your name, number, and email to the bag.

-We offer 35 percent cash of the total resale value or 50 percent store credit of the total resale value. Cash payment is distributed through Venmo.

-Items will be sorted within two weeks of drop off and payment distributed within 48 hours of the text or email notification that your items have been sorted.

-We kindly ask that you select either cash or credit at the time of the notification. Credit can not be converted to cash at a later date. Credit does not expire.

-We have a curated approach to buying and currently accept specialty brands, seasonal pieces, and style-driven silhouettes. Sizes 0 to 12. The items we do/do not take are our buying discretion.

-Any items not accepted will be available for pickup in the store for 21 days, after that they will be donated to a local non-profits Saint Anthony’s or the Homeless Prenatal Program in San Francisco. Two notices will go out to you before they are donated. 

-If you choose to have left over items donated and won’t be picking up, please let us know upon receiving the alert your items have been sorted. 

 

 -Items with stains, holes, or any damages will not be accepted.

 

 -Our pricing model is based upon condition, brand demand, garment materials, and seasonality. It is our discretion how we price the items. We do not provide itemized lists and by dropping off to sell you are in accordance with this policy and our pricing. In an effort to be conscious of the editing process/time, please be sure you are 100 percent aligned with our policy and certain of the items you are choosing to drop off.

 

 -We accept returns within two weeks for credit or exchange only with valid receipt.
